Line of Sight not enforced by ranged attacks

As the title said. Ranged attacks (tested with Marauder's axe toss) will still activate, hit and damage even if you have no LOS to your target. I'm guessing this is a big contributor to people getting killed by stuff they can't see - people glitch into the world (there's a SW doing it in Norsca chapter 1) and then they are able to kill people as the attacks don't need LOS.
