(destruction) Quest \"new recruits\" must be able to take right after load near portal in very begining of the game. Giving out a quest NPC named Dyre the Heartrender is in camp, thus for complete a quest it is necessary to run circles.\r\nMany other quests have the same problems, please check an arrangement NPS giving out quests.
