Why? Because it's the first build and there are hundreds of bugs. At the top of the page is the bug tracker. In it you will find those two bugs listed. The server is early alpha at best - it is not "playable" at the moment. Look for bugs, see if it's in the bugtracker already, and if not then add it in.

It will take a while to polish, if your not willing to help in the process, fine, but do not hinder it. if you find some you do not like or find Overpowered then report it to the Bug Tracker. Thank you
