Plenty of threads on this already.
1.) Have the latest WAR client installed.
2.) Download the launcher for this server. (Which is a .rar file)
3.) Use something like 7zip or WinRAR to export the contents of the launcher.rar to the WAR main directory.
4.) When doing step 3, make sure that the patcher and other file overwrite the existing things if it asks you.
5.) In the WAR main directory, right click the patcher you extracted from the .rar file and run at administrator.
If you've done everything correctly you should be able to log into this WAR private server.
*Note: This server is NOT currently WAR as you remember it, it is a very early alpha. Most things do not function properly but the devs have been very good at getting things fixed/working, so I believe they know what they're doing, we just have to be patient.
