That book was gamebreaking in T3. Was retarded to see rr90-100 run there. But since rr80 will be max i see no problem. Problem that fresh players from T2 cant fight back. Also im not sure they can put it since they apply 1.4 patch. If they can i think all the books come in package.

I think that book gonna be good in T1 and max in T2 but in T3 is overkill

You are right guys, stop progresion rr on T3 like rr 70/80 is a good thing.
But when a player lvl 22 come on T3 he have a buff rvr and player lvl 39 have no buff rvr so a good player lvl 22 can kill or def his self vs a good player lvl 39.

I can see on our hold server all low tier T2/T3 shuting down ( low population ) exept T1 cuz it was F2P.
It's sad to play only to up lvl 40 rr 100, so many good map on T2/T3 and good noob, new blood enjoy to play.
Item stop xp can save that Tiers in my opinion.

yeah im fearing this aswell. really hoping tho that this will be handled/managed well/better than the badly abused WAR we all loved. maybe if people spread the word alot of golden oldies will come back for a bash. here to hope!

I think that book gonna be good in T1 and max in T2 but in T3 is overkill

I doubt it will be an overkill especially if there won't be any RR abilities like years ago or at release state.
Iam going to run T2 and maybe T3 alts, just because game feels more balanced at T2(at level 16) and T3 and also some classes more useful at that period.

this is a private server u really want to scare new players? or make ppl quit out of frustration ?

put some restrictions on that book or dont put it at all....

Original T3 stops at level 31 and 32 is T4 already. No Renown Rank abilities, cap will be RR80, why don't you read the whole post, ehh ?
There is no point for frustration, people coming to T3 already with experience and gear. Compare that to T1 half-naked characters without mount coming to T2 and you will get the picture.
Renown Rank abilities is the only difference here and right now I don't know if this abilities even in the server.
