Can't connect to server...

[Specialpatrol]

I get a message that I'm unable to connect to the server, when I try log in.

Is this because the server just isn't up yet? Or because I'm doing something wrong?

Hey,
The server isn't open.
Stay tunned.

See you,

Will do!
