I'm coming back to the game and went
http://www2.warhammer-server.com/join-us/ there. It says
Place the launcher on your client folder.
.
What is the Client Folder? I've looked all through the old patcher and can't find it. Am I missing something?

It's just the root folder that contains the client (WAR.exe), the original patcher (warpatch.exe), etc.

Client folder is the folder where your game files are stored. The new files you downloaded will overwrite old files that point to Warhammer Servers that don't exist anymore and point you to this new private server.

Alright it's just that main folder? Do I delete warpatch.exe or?

I made a backup copy of my original and then over-wrote the one in the client folder with the new private server one.

The one I downloaded from
http://www2.warhammer-server.com/join-us/ is Launcher.rar.
Is that right? Because when I get rid of warpatch.exe it just leaves me as "you can no longer access the patcher".

I believe the *.rar is a zipped file that you have to unzip which contains the new patcher.
